The Practice App, free for every covered staff member
No extra charge, no per-seat billing, no configuration decision. One access code and your people are in. Staff work a team version of the practice: the same twelve steps, but each one asks what the standard sets for the people around them, not just what it means for them personally.
What your people write stays private to them. You see progress, never their words. That boundary is exactly why the audit data is worth having.
Launching soon. The app is in final testing. Licences signed now include it from launch at no extra cost.

The Real Cost
Inconsistent standards are expensive. They just don't show up on one line of the P&L
They show up in rework, in turnover, in the gap between what leadership says and what teams actually do. The One Standard gives every team one shared, compounding practice, so excellence isn't personality-dependent.
What's Included
A program built for your teams, not adapted for them
Your organisation doesn't receive the individual program with a team note attached. You receive the Team Edition, the same twelve-step system, rebuilt so every step turns outward: how your standard shows up to colleagues, who you can lift, what you model. The personal growth engine is fully intact; the team dimension is purpose-built on top of it. A licence includes the full program and the right to deploy it across your organisation, scaled to your number of people. Buying the individual program on its own is for personal use and doesn't include team facilitation rights.
- The complete 12-step program
- Multi-team access & deployment rights
- Facilitator materials
- The full deployment toolkit: Culture Audit, Standards Playbook, New Leader Quick Start, and 1:1 Conversation Cards

Delivery Formats
One philosophy, delivered three ways
Every format is built on the same belief: people's time is the most valuable thing they give you, and the way to honour it is to design for what they will actually remember and use. A licence gives you all three, to match how your organisation needs to roll it out.
The Weekly Practice
The flagship. A focused fifteen-minute session each week over twelve weeks, carried into daily work. The short format is deliberate: spaced repetition is what makes change stick, so the time discipline is the mechanism, not a constraint. This is the core of every rollout.
The Workshop
A facilitated half-day intensive for when a team needs to start together, in one room, with shared momentum. It launches the practice, builds a common language, and sends people back to work already moving. The same principles, condensed into a single deliberate session.
The Keynote
A thirty to sixty minute address for when you need to move a whole room at once: a conference, an all-hands, an offsite. It delivers the ideas with impact and sets the standard in people's minds, as the spark that the practice then builds on.
A standard is contagious. Raise yours, and you raise the bar for everyone who works beside you.Alexander J Coates
Licensing
Tailored to your organisation, not forced into a box
A licence is shaped around how you actually want to run it. Term length, number of people, and the way it's rolled out are agreed with you directly, so the licence fits your organisation rather than the other way around.
Four tiers
From a single team to multi-site enterprise. Team is the entry point; Department adds the Workshop and Keynote; Organisation adds priority support; Group and Enterprise cover large, multi-location deployment by quote. Priced in USD, AUD, EUR, and GBP.
Flexible terms
Choose an annual licence or a multi-year term at a saving. Renewals hold a loyalty discount. Pay in full, or arrange an instalment plan. No hidden fees: the price shown is the price paid.
Start with a pilot
Not ready to commit the whole organisation? Run a defined pilot with a limited group first, then scale into a full rollout once you've seen it work. Affiliates and related entities can be included by agreement.
Workshops, keynotes, and tailored rollout support are available as additional services, arranged to suit your rollout. Everything is shaped in conversation, so the licence and the support around it match what your organisation actually needs.
How A Rollout Works
From signing to session one, in about two weeks
No external facilitator arrives. Your own people run it, and the materials carry the structure so they do not need a training qualification to do it well.
You choose a facilitator
Someone your team already respects. A team leader, a manager, an HR lead. They do not need to be a trainer or a coach. What matters is that they are credible with the room and willing to do the work themselves.
They prepare in under two hours
The Corporate Onboarding Guide walks the responsible person through setup, and the facilitator reads the guidelines once before starting. Every session then has its own narrative and notes, read on the morning of that session.
You schedule all sessions upfront
Thirteen weekly sessions, booked into calendars before week one. Same time, same place. Putting them all in at the start is what signals this is a genuine commitment rather than something that quietly slides.
The practice runs itself
Fifteen minutes a week, facilitated internally, carried into the work your team is already doing. No time off the floor, no per-session fees, no scheduling around an outside consultant.
You close out and review
A final session consolidates the twelve steps, and the facilitator completes a structured review recording what shifted and where the team grew. That record is yours, and it informs whether you run it again with another group.
Who Is Behind It
You are dealing with the person who built it
Every session narrative, every facilitator note and every tool in the deployment kit was written by Alexander J Coates. The One Standard is his own work, independently owned and directly supported.
That matters when you are deciding whether to put a practice in front of your people. From your first enquiry to your questions in month seven, you are supported directly by the people who know the material inside out, with the founder accountable for the standard of that support.

Prove it on one team before you commit the organisation
Run a defined pilot with one group first. Three months is long enough to see whether it fits how your teams actually work, without committing the whole organisation.
If you go ahead with a full licence within sixty days of the pilot finishing, the entire pilot fee is credited against it. Testing it properly costs you nothing extra.
Your own people facilitate. There is no consultant to keep paying, no per-session fee, and no scheduling around an outside provider once you hold the licence.
Term length, group size and payment schedule are set in conversation before anything is signed, and written into the agreement rather than assumed.
